Refund, Resend and Returns Policy

Refund, Resend and Returns Policy

This refund policy is to be used as a resource by dropshippers who work with dropgo.asia (Dropgo)

Please review the following policies carefully.

ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE OPENED ON Dropgo. OTHERWISE, Dropgo WILL BLOCK YOUR ACCOUNT PERMANENTLY.

Dropgo offers a quicker dispute solution and will appreciate it a lot if you provide:

a. Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video.

b. Screenshot of the e-mail or dispute received including name, date and content. In other words, a customer has sent the complaint.

c. The products need to be returned to Dropgo if our Dispute Team asks for a return in Disputes.

Except for the important interpretation, Dropgo will make a refund, resend, or accept the return for any of the following cases:

1. Orders Delayed.

Orders are lacking tracking information, in transit, pending, expired 60 days after orders departed from Dropgo warehouse. Following countries and shipping methods may be different:

a. For orders shipped to the USA, it will be counted 45 days after orders departed from Dropgo warehouse.

 

b. For Brazil, it is after 110 days counting from the date that order departed from Dropgo warehouse due to the strict customs clearance at Brazil.

 

c. For Dropgo Packet Liquid Line to all counties, CJ will deal with your dispute for delayed orders after 100 days counting from the date that order departed from Dropgo warehouse.

 

d. For some special shipping methods, Dropgo cannot deal with your disputes. (See the following important interpretation)

 

Notes:

Sometimes, the order had arrived at the nearest post office to the buyer and make it pending because of insufficient address, package unclaimed, no such number, etc. It will be much more convenient for clients to contact local post office or go to the post office for delivery.

Due to such conditions as national realities, phone numbers, and religious beliefs in Israel, packages will be normally delivered to self pick-up cabinets, which may lead to packages being long overdue. Therefore, it will be much more convenient for clients to contact the local post office or go to the post office for delivery.

Sometimes, local tracking numbers may show a sign for delivery, but the end customer claims that the package has not been received. In such cases, Dropgo will spare no effort to verify the real situation, which could be a long process (1-2 months), but there is no guarantee that of a positive result.

2. Orders not Received.

Dropgo will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered.

     a. If Your clients do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary.

     b. Tracking information alert. The tracking information shows Alert, the reasons are listed as below:

          a) Incorrect/insufficient address.

          b) No such number.

          c) Unknown recipient.

          d) Refused.

          e) Do not pick up in time.

          f) No safe delivery location.

          g) Uncleared customs.

          h) Others.

Notes:

a. The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, Your clients need to pick up the package by themselves. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, our logistics company. During the return, Dropgo takes no responsibility if products have been lost.

b. If the logistics company provides return service to China, Dropgo will put the products in your private inventory and will not refund them when we receive the returned items.

c. Dropgo cannot offer a refund or resend if you don’t process the undelivered orders or packages destroyed by logistics companies.

 
3. Products Damaged.

Dropgo offers a full refund or a replacement if packages arrived are badly damaged.

Dropgo offers a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrived partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.).

 

Notes:

a. For fragile products, a refund is highly recommended.

b. For damaged packing boxes, Dropgo cannot offer any refunds or other after-sale services due to the long-distant international delivery.

c. For ordinary, electronic products, Your clients shall complain or open a dispute to you within 30 days after packages are delivered.

d. For service products, Dropgo refunds you the cost of the product which is the price in China market. If you have Dropgo quality inspection service. Otherwise, Dropgo will not take any responsibility for them. (See the following important interpretation > Service products)

 
4. Incorrect or Missing Products.

Dropgo has a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. Dropgo will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:

a. For incorrect products, Dropgo offers a full refund or replacement.

 

b. For products with wrong color, size which doesn't affect product function, etc., Dropgo offers a refund or resend if you provide a screenshot of your clients' complaint including name, content and date.

 

c. For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, Dropgo may refund partially or resend the missing part; for parts missing which affect product function, Dropgo will resend the product only.

 

d. For accessories, Dropgo will resend the accessories.

 

Notes:

For size problem, Dropgo will appreciate it a lot if you can measure the product according to the correct measurement method and provide us the photo of measurement. Then, our dispute team will deal with your disputes quickly.

 
5. Orders Cancellation.

For orders cancellation, Dropgo offers a full refund before products are processed by warehouses.

a. After payment, POD orders cannot be canceled as it is customized.

 

b. After payment, preorder inventory orders cannot be canceled as it is special products and only available for you.

 

c. After payment, video and photo orders cannot be canceled as Dropgo has planned and prepared for you after payment.

 

Important Interpretation

1. Deadline of Opening Dispute.

You cannot open a dispute if the order status is closed. Your dispute cannot be resolved when tracking information from a third party is untraceable.

 
2. Force Majeure.

Dropgo takes no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of god, including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection. However, Dropgo will notify you by Dropgo Chat, Skype, Email, Line, WhatsApp etc.

3. Shipping Method Limits.

Some shipping methods are not trackable when orders arrived at some Countries, States, or Cities.

Notes:

When choosing certain shipping methods, the remote addresses will be charged additional cost.

 
4. Destination Limits.

Due to limited international transportation, Dropgo will not accept any disputes when your orders are shipped to the following countries:

5. Return.

Products can be returned to Dropgo China warehouses only. But we do not suggest returning products to our warehouses, because the international shipping cost is high and it takes at least 3 months to arrive at Dropgo China Warehouse. Most of them will be lost during the return. Also, most of the returned products will be damaged on the way.

a. Please return products within 30 days after receiving products.

 
6. Service Products.

Service products apply to the following interpretation.

a. Any disputes arising from products damaged or shipping delayed, Dropgo may not refund the product cost.

 

b. Any disputes arising from bad quality, Dropgo may not accept as the supplier is not Dropgo.

 

c. For service products without Dropgo's quality checking inspection, Dropgo may not accept the disputes.

 
7. Unacceptable Disputes.
 

Dropgo shall not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:

a. The buyer does not like it.

 

b. The product description is not real.

 

c. Products smell unusual.

 

d. The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.

 

e. The shipping address was provided incorrectly.

 

f. Product difference was negotiated in advance.

 

g. Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.

 

h. In some cases, packages returned/discarded/detained due to the consignee’s failure to comply with the work of customs clearance in line with the foreign trade policies of certain countries.

Account: refers to the account legally registered by Dropgo user through Dropgo.

 

Dropgo, Dropgo Company, the company: refer to the single name or collective name of the operator of Dropgo platform.

 

China: refers to the abbreviation of the People's Republic of China, including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

 

Cookies: Small text files that are placed in your PC, mobile device, or any other device, containing a detailed history of your browsing on the website and other information.

Unless otherwise specified, all products, technologies, programs, software, and data of Dropgo, relevant domains, symbols, names, and other information involving relevant intellectual rights of Dropgo are the properties of Dropgo and its associates. Unless authorized by Dropgo, anyone has no rights to surveil, copy, broadcast, display, or download such properties via robot or spider program for unauthorized use of his own or any other individual or party.

 

You shall be liable for all contents uploaded by yourself, including but not limited to reviews, used items, texts, pictures, videos, etc. Such content is delivered by Dropgo for sharing purposes, which doesn't mean that Dropgo agrees with it or has verified the authenticity of it.

III. What Information Does Dropgo Collect?

1. Certain information is required for our service. If you choose to accept our service, we should be provided with or authorized to collect 9 types of Essential Information including:

(1) Identification information, such as your name, address, and phone numbers.

(2) Payment information.

(3) Your location information.

(4) Name, addresses, and phone numbers listed in your Addresses.

(5) Comments and emails to us.

(6) Personal description and photograph in your profile.

Shipping Policy

CHÍNH SÁCH ĐỀN BÙ VẬN CHUYỂN - DROPGO

Dropgo cam kết minh bạch và công bằng trong việc xử lý các trường hợp liên quan đến mất mát hoặc vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình vận chuyển. Chính sách đền bù được áp dụng như sau:


 

I. ĐỀN BÙ THEO KHU VỰC
1. Khu vực Mỹ

a) Mất hàng trong quá trình xử lý từ kho đến đơn vị phụ trách vận chuyển:

Dropgo hoàn lại toàn bộ phí vận chuyển.
Đền bù thêm một khoản bằng 2 lần tổng phí vận chuyển, tối đa không vượt quá 40 USD.
Lưu ý: Không hoàn phí xử lý đơn hàng.

b) Mất hàng trong quá trình vận chuyển:

Dropgo đền bù bằng khoản tiền tương đương phí vận chuyển.
Lưu ý: Không hoàn phí xử lý đơn hàng và không đền bù giá trị sản phẩm.

 

2. Các quốc gia khác (ngoài Mỹ):
Dropgo hoàn lại tiền sản phẩm tương đương với giá trị khai báo của đơn hàng, tối đa không vượt quá 40 USD.
Lưu ý: Không áp dụng chính sách đền bù cho các đơn hàng vận chuyển đến Thụy Sĩ.


II. TRƯỜNG HỢP KHÔNG ĐỀN BÙ
Dropgo không chịu trách nhiệm đền bù trong các trường hợp sau:

Giao hàng không thành công do:
- Địa chỉ người nhận không chính xác.
- Người nhận từ chối nhận hàng.
- Người nhận không có mặt tại địa chỉ giao hàng.
- Người nhận không nhận gói hàng đúng thời hạn.
- Người nhận yêu cầu trả lại hàng vì bất kỳ lý do nào.
- Hàng hóa bị hư hỏng trong quá trình vận chuyển.
- Gói hàng bị hải quan giữ lại và không thể thông quan dẫn đến việc bị tịch thu hoặc tiêu hủy.


III. CÁC TRƯỜNG HỢP ĐẶC BIỆT
1. Hàng hóa không đủ hoặc gửi sai:

Người gửi cần cung cấp video quay rõ quá trình mở gói hàng và thể hiện rõ vận đơn.
Trường hợp được xác nhận, sẽ coi là mất hàng và được xử lý bồi thường theo chính sách mất hàng.

2. Hàng bị hải quan giữ lại:

Dropgo hỗ trợ người gửi cung cấp chứng từ thông quan.
Nếu gói hàng không thể thông quan và bị tịch thu hoặc tiêu hủy, Dropgo không chịu trách nhiệm đền bù hoặc hoàn trả chi phí.


 

IV. THỜI GIAN VẬN CHUYỂN
